Connecticut software company shows growth with strong employee focus

At Aqua Turf in Southington, Connecticut, the Hartford Courant hosted its annual Top Workplaces awards ceremony celebrating 60 employers that made the 2018 list. CNC Software, Inc., previously named a Top Workplace in the small employer category, won first place among mid-size companies in 2018. Not only did CNC Software move from the small to the mid-size category this year, but the company also plans to expand its workforce an additional 11 percent in the coming year.

Low employee turnover is another marker of the excellent workplace culture at CNC Software. Many employees have been with the company for decades, embracing opportunities to evolve and expand their roles within the company.

CNC Software is a family-owned business and promotes a supportive, familial corporate culture. Health and wellness are stressed at CNC Software, with an onsite gym facility, wellness support, walking trails, and more.
