Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence will showcase how quality drives productivity at PRODEX 2016 with a selection of hardware and software solutions designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Switzerland’s premier manufacturing show PRODEX kicks off with over 300 stands expected, displaying the latest innovations for optimising production processes. This year’s event features a special exhibition on the emerging trend of additive manufacturing, and Hexagon’s exhibit will focus on solutions that support industrial manufacturers in embracing such trends and gaining successful business outcomes.
Visitors to the four-day show will be able to see Hexagon’s portable measuring systems, the Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 and the ROMER Absolute Arm, in action. CMM solutions on the stand include the Leitz Reference HP and the Optiv Performance 443, which seamlessly combines contactless and tactile measurement capabilities.
A dedicated software island at the Hexagon stand will allow visitors to experience the ease of use, speed and powerful analytic capabilities of various packages including PC-DMIS metrology software, Q-DAS statistical process control and Vero Software CAD/CAM solutions.
“PRODEX is all about progression within engineering. It is a fantastic catalyst for new ideas and informed discussions between end users and solution developers. Delegates want to see technology that is simple to use whilst maintaining detail, accuracy and efficiency, and we are delighted to exhibit our latest systems for them and demonstrate how quality drives productivity,” said John Paulsen, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing EMEA at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.
