Milling always starts from raw stock, whether it is block or casting. Before creating final toolpath operations on the component to produce a perfect finish, a large volume of metal needs be removed from stock. OnCreate3D reduces the guesswork by using the user-defined stock model for a given component and creates roughing parallel, plunge and pocket toolpaths. Before creating any operations, the user can change the stock, align it with the part bounding box and see transparent stock around the component. This allows the user to set the stock model correctly.
After creating operations, the user can clearly see how the stock is utilized in creating toolpaths within the stock model and component model. A user can show/hide stock anytime.
The latest build has also introduced STEP import, fast forward and rewind options for simulation, Customized NC out, standard APT output and few other enhancements.
