Day 2 ( 26th February )
- Programming Structure & Execution
- Program sequence step by step
- Execution of programs in single block / auto mode
- Override key functions: Rapid Traverse, feed & Spindle speed overriding by steps/hand wheel
- Functions of Single block, optional Stop, Dry run & block delete in program
- Preparatory and Miscellaneous functions
- Often used G (Preparatory) & M (Miscellaneous) codes
- Application wise programming examples for lathe & mill (Visual Quick Code generation)
- Explanation of programmable controlled work & tool offsets
- Use of local sub-routines & sub program in list program
- Cutter compensation Applications & examples
- G41, G42 & G40 function and place to command these codes
